Our Animals

Produce our own rich and fresh milk, gently handled and immediately transformed into the freshest and highest quality cheese.  No hormones and no antibiotics.  We raise our animals; we milk them; we make the cheese.

Farmstead & Artisan

​Farmstead is the most unique & prized of cheeses; the high quality caprine milk & cheese is produced by our farm.

Artisan is cheese produced from milk produced by a Hillman organic dairy and an Alpena County high butterfat Jersey cow dairy where milk is picked up and pasteurized immediately to start the cheesemaking process

Our Cheese

Preserves the essence of our farm's  textures, aromas, and complex tastes.  Our cheese is inspired by the surrounding area's dairy milk palate enabling Deez Cheese to create our own farmstead recipes and new Artisan cheese flavors.
