At Deez Cheese, our cheese is never artificially colored.   Deez Cheese is always white or cream -- the real color of milk.   Our milk is absolutely free of antibiotics & hormones!   Several of our cheeses are made from "certified organic" milk and we use vegetarian rennet and fresh ingredients.   All our "live" cheeses are wrapped in special papers or placed in a dome environment so they can "breathe."   Just refrigerate upon arrival, eat and enjoy!

Fromage Blanc

Soft & Creamy Artisan Cheese

 

Fromage Blanc is French for white cheese and ours is made from creamline milk -- just as it comes from the cow with the sweet cream left in it.   This versatile, spreadable cheese is so smooth, so easy to use, and with a variety of flavors including:  garlic/herb, lavender/oregano, sesame/lemon/garlic

Petit Camembert

A Mold-ripened "Bloomy" Artisan Cheese

 

Camembert is a beautiful, mold-ripened cheese and is a distinct favorite of many a cheese lover.

Taste the cheese slowly, especially the soft outer mold crust.   You will experience multiple layers of flavor, delicate creaminess with an aftertaste reminiscint of bleu.   Enjoy it with thin slices of pear or apple and appreciate it with a glass of wine.   No other cheese can compare.

Tomme

Artisan Cheese

 

European cheese makers would make tomme (prounounced Toe-mmm) when they had an abundance of milk.   It was a cheese that could be aged and saved until winter months and used in a variety of ways.   Our pastaurized organic cow milk Tomme is aged for a minimum of 60 days because it's so good that we just can't wait to eat it.   Buy a whole Tomme (if available) or a wedge.
